Sincere’s operations is backed by a total of twenty(20) experienced and skilled production staff with a combined two hundred(200) years of related working experience and who have also been exhibiting their commitment and delication since the company’s inception..The staff mix is of multi-racial by nature which is not only in line with the country’s objective of attaining racial harmony but also to minimise production interruption in times of festive seasons. The management reckons that human is one of the most important assets and is vital in attaining Sincere’s mission of providing speedy, cost effective and quality service. In this context, Sincere has adopted a series of long term and consistent skill development programmes, both internal and external, with the aim of skill enhancement as well as keeping up with the latest technology advancement.
 
Todate, nine(9) of our production staff have managed to secure the Skill Training Licence Certificate from Fuji Xerox Malaysia, the highest number attained by any single digital printer in the region.
 
TECHNOLOGY
The globalisation process has greatly transformed the printing industry from a traditionally manufacturing incline to one which is service oriented in nature.
 
This transformation has given rise to a switch in printing technology from the conventional to one which is internet or digital based, hence making digital printing (especially variable data printing) the hottest development in the printing industry currently.

Sincere’s continuous effort to strive for technology advancement to bring about higher degree of customer satisfaction will continue unabated. The strategic alliance with Fuji Xerox Malaysia in the area of technology back up will be a strong asset in achieving this mission.
 

QUALITY CONTROL
Customer satisfaction has been and will continue to be Sincere’s key impetus in the provision of quality service. Within this realization, the company had identified quality control as her domain and the efforts undertaken thus far has gained much recognition in the industry.

In line with the pursuit of excellence in the area, Sincere has set-up a Quality Control Unit spear headed by the hands-on founder himself and members comprising the key competent production staff. Print quality and layout are subject to tight screening and proof read before being rolled out.
